After a short work hiatus in Singapore, the girl misses her dear friends too much and is back in Hong Kong.
And due to popular demand, I am relaunching the FlirtyFridays Supper Clubs, with the first one scheduled for this coming Friday the 13th (yes, an auspicious date indeed!).
Ingredients will be premium and style will be mainly mediterranean with my own personal touch. Expect a family sharing style sort of arrangement. Feel free to BYO too.

* Hokkaido Scallops in a Sage Brown Butter Sauce
* Grilled Iberico Pork de Bellota Pluma with spring onion miso (2 packs)
* Saffron scented Cauliflower rice with cumin, coriander, chopped parsley and mint
* Assorted Cheese Platter
