Roast butternut squash with red onion, tahini and za'atar
Slow roasted moroccan-spiced lamb shoulder.
Middle eastern spiced couscous.
Seared natural Black Angus Australian award-winning Bavette steak with golden garlic butter
Miso grilled Iberico pork pluma shoulder
Mixed cheese platter with iberico ham, grapes and cracker.
