With spring just entering around the corner, I've decided to rack up a Spring dinner menu for the next FF supper club.
Again, the focus will be on Mediterranean cuisine (after all, this is the healthiest cuisine for longevity!). Expect plenty of bright colors, vibrant flavours and fresh ingredients only. Vegetables are organic and locally sourced where possible. Meats are hormone and organic, imported from New Zealand, Australia, United States or Canada.
Smoked Scottish smoked salmon with creme fraiche and dill
Roasted beetroot mixed salad with caramelised walnuts
Mozzarella Avocado Caprese Salad
Chargrilled leeks with hazelnut and browned butter
Organic romaine lettuce with mandarins and poppyseed citrus dressing
Organic kale salad with figs, caramelised walnuts in a tahini-miso dressing
Arugula, fennel, orange and avocado salad with citrus dill dressing
Roasted organic french spring chicken with sumac, orange and all cloves.
Side of organic rainbow mixed carrots.
Rosemary and thyme roasted New Zealand lamb rack
Mixed cheese platter with iberico ham and waterthin crackers
