Hurrah to the inaugural FlirtyFridays vegetarian supperclub for those who love clean eating (and find it extremely difficult to find healthy and tasty vegetarian dishes in Hong Kong) and who want to meet like-minded health conscious individuals in our bustling urban concrete jungle.
Share a meal, meet new friends and simply unwind and take a social break at the end of an arduous workweek. That pretty much captures the essence of this supper club.
As for the cuisine, my style is predominantly Mediterranean, with a focus on utilising the freshest high quality produce I can source. I source local, seasonable and organic where possible (hence menu may change according to what's available and my mood). Everything will be made from scratch on the day.

To start and mingle:
Pistachio and feta dip
Greek yoghurt, cucumber and mint dip
Citrusy Buffalo Mozzarella drizzled with lavender and coriander infused olive oil
Za'atar roasted Cauliflower with dates, pine nuts and thyme
Roasted butternut squash and red onion with hints of Za'atar.
Grilled za'atar eggplants with buttermilk greek yoghurt dressing and pomegranate jewels
Mushroom , Lemon and Lentil Salad
Tangerine, organic kale and cranberry quinoa salad with pomegranate dressing
Organic teff fusilli bake with fresh homemade pesto and organic tomatoes
Fried halloumi cheese and asparagus salad with organic mixed cherry tomatoes
Roast organic rainbow carrots with thyme and hint of maple
Dark chocolate home-made brownie
