Summer Supper Club

Rejoice! Summer is here and to welcome the onset of the hot weather, I have devised a "colourful" menu and a "colourful" crowd that reflects the vibrancy of summer.  

What to expect? For those who know me, the farm-to-table concept with a rustic feel best resembles my cooking style so you can expect nothing short of fresh seasonal produce sourced locally and from abroad (meats all imported). Quality is key and I make everything from scratch on the day. I will provide some vodka tonic or cava as a welcome drink to help break the ice. Please bring some wine to help keep the conversations flowing into the night.

Summer corn and mixed cherry tomato salad

Apple spinach cranberry salad

Garlicky organic kale salad 

Lamb cutlets with lentil beetroot salad and herb dressing

Grilled lemongrass organic chicken thighs

Slow roasted shoulder of lamb 

Coriander crusted flank steak

Middle-eastern spiced couscous with raisins and coriander

Dessert: TBC (maybe sticky date pudding)
