Spring Supper Club

To celebrate the onset of Spring, I will be orchestrating a "green" menu – i.e. clean eating. Hopefully this will kickstart healthier eating habits in the months leading up to Summer.   

My cooking philosophy is minimalistic and rustic, focusing on the quality of the ingredients rather than overcomplicating the dishes. I make everything from scratch and try to procure the freshest and highest quality ingredients available (organic where possible and using imported meats from overseas).

The meals will be served family style on a communal dining table. Please bring some social lubricant (i.e. wine) to help facilitate more stimulating conversation. Oh, and just as a heads up, to help break the ice, we will be going around the table and you will be asked to share one personal and one professional fact about yourselves :)


Welcome drink (to help break the ice!) : Pisco Sour

Dairy-free green pea asparagus leek soup with a hint of thyme

Green pea hummus served with za'atar pita and vegetable sticks. 

Herbed Polenta fries (baked, not fried!)

Grilled squid with cumin and chilli flakes 

Roast New Zealand rack of lamb with rosemary, thyme and garlic

Dukkah crusted organic US chicken thighs with lemon juice 

Holland pan-fried sea bass with salsa verde

Pan-fried brown butter garlic shrimps

Steamed clams in white wine, parsley, garlic and butter. Served with freshly baked garlic bread.

Shaved fennel and apple salad with apple cider dressing

Maple cinnamon roast butternut squash

Roast asparagus with lemon and rosemary

Pan-fried brussel sprouts with black garlic and hint of maple 

Boozy caramelised pineapple with rum and raisin ice-cream
