Dinner parties are still highly popular, and I believe they always will be ~ Yotam Ottolenghi
This supper club will be a celebratory feast of (what I consider to be) Ottolenghi’s greatest recipes, one of my favourite chefs of all time.
An Israeli-British chef, restaurant owner, and food writer, he is the co-owner of five delis and restaurants in London, as well as the author of several bestselling cookbooks, including Ottolenghi, Plenty, and Jerusalem.
To ensure a convivial evening filled with good banter, laughter and conversation, the menu will be complemented with a selection of natural and organic wines from France.
The evening will begin at 7:30pm with some drinks perched above a secluded rooftop whereby you’ll have a chance to mingle for a bit over some refreshments and welcome drinks, after which you will then be invited to the dining table for us to get started. To factor in the latecomers (we do live in Hong Kong after all), dinner will be served around 830pm. This will also allow ample time for those who arrive earlier to get acquainted with one another.
