An Organic Supper Club Focused on Zero Waste

It is as simple as that. Only this time - we go fully organic and focus on sustainability.

The event will offer a special and unique evening celebrating fresh organic produce, the concept of wasting less and of course, plant-based power (though I will feature two meat dishes for those who aren’t fully keen on going vegan/vegetarian). To complement the evening and ensure a lot of fun banter and laughter, the meal will be supplemented with a selection of organic natural wines from France.

Break bread with new friends as unwind at the end of a workweek and gather round a communal table to eat a home cooked meal all while exchanging stories, banter and endless laughter.

Welcome drinks will first be served on a private rooftop so as to break the ice amongst all the guests and get you all quickly acquainted. After pleasant introductions are exchanged, you will then be seated in an intimate and cosy dining room along a communal table to enjoy what will mark a convivial and joyful evening.

TENTATIVE MENU:

Charred cherry tomatoes with cold yoghurt

Butternut squash and tahini spread served with crudites and pita bread

Baby spinach salad with dates and almonds

Roast butternut pumpkin soup

Pan-fried Sea bream with fennel puree

Chicken with caramelised onion and cardomom rice

Poached pears in white wine and cardamom
