Surf and Turf (SOLD OUT)

Chef Yammi ( who will soon join The Rosewood) will be demonstrating her culinary prowess for this special pop up event.

Steak is her specialty and in this rare occasion, you will have the chance to be “wowed” and sample a 45 day dry aged Tomahawk steak and Colorado lamb. She will also be procuring a live Canadian King Crab and demonstrating how she cooks it two ways in front of her diners.

Moreover, we have partnered with Certa to arrange for a selection of some fine Italian wines whereby they will go over the stories and flavour profiles of each wine to pair with each dish. To ease into evening, you will also be greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival.

However, spots are strictly limited to 16 people and we only have a few spots left so act fast if you are keen.
