Everyone who knows me knows how much I love Israeli cuisine. Tribute to that, we will be hosting an Israeli themed supper club.

We are still planning the menu but for now, the tentative menu is as below:
Welcome drink - Rose and rosewater gin tonic
Green beans with freekeh and tahini
Burnt aubergine with garlic, lemon and pomegranate seeds
Roast cauliflower with pistachio, za’atar and a lemony tahini dressing
Braised organic chicken thigh with apricot, currants and tamarind
Slow roasted lamb shoulder with middle eastern spices and thyme
Saffron rice with barberries, pistachio and mixed herbs
