Hi All,

This event is part of my Kitchenmess cooking workshops. For those who do not know me well, I have been running a pictorial step-by-step healthy recipe blog targeted at time constrained busy working professionals who often tell me how they would love to cook simple and delicious meals at home that don’t require much skill nor time.

The format is simple. First, I’m a big believer that one learns best by doing. So I have rented out a modern open kitchen whereby everyone gets their own work station so that it’ll be hands on and interactive.

I will teach two dishes this time:

1) Salted egg yolk prawn with asparagus

2) Pan-fried wasabi beef cubes with garlic chips

After my demonstration, you will recreate my dishes one at a time and I will provide guidance. After the meals are made, we can all sit on the balcony to dine together and make new friends. Everything will be provided for – just bring yourself and your enthusiasm (and friend if you desire!)

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine also if you enjoy drinking whilst cooking. I will bring one myself to share.


Price: 800 HKD

What to bring: takeaway box if you want to take home what you make. otherwise we will eat together and socialise. Wine too if you prefer.
