Christmas is just around the corner. To that effect, I have gotten my act together to organise the first Flirty Fridays Christmas Supper Club party to be held at Verre Modern Wine and Bistro. Decor is sleek, spacious and contemporary. Cuisine is modern french with a fusion of Japanese elements.
To ensure a more unique experience, Chef Masashi Horiuchi has kindly prepared a bespoke menu for us in celebration of the joyous season. Prior to his arrival in Singapore in 2014, Masashi was Chef at the 2-Michelin starred L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in London for 5 years. He has also worked with top names such as Chef Philippe Groult, Adolf Blockbergen, Gerard Rabaey, and George Blanc.
As for the menu, appetisers will be of a sharing style sort of arrangement (oysters, chacuterie board, prawn papillot – just to name a few), mains you will get a selection amongst three (duck, salmon or rib eye), and there will be one choice of dessert.

Price: 140 SGD (includes a welcome drink) + BYO (NB: At 60SGD/bottle, their corkage is rather expensive. They are, however, willing to let us waive corkage for two bottles and thereafter, each bottle we bring if we buy a bottle from their collection (starts at 50SGD+). This will be a separate charge.)
