After my prolonged exodus to Europe, I will be bringing a series of Mediterranean themed dinner parties back to Hong Kong from all the culinary inspirations I’ve gathered over the past several months. First, we kick off with a Tuscan themed dinner party. RSVP now as spots are limited.

This October we will be bringing a taste of the Middle East to Asia. Sample an array of middle eastern delicacies in a mezze platter, turkish cigarettes (edible kind) and lamb sharwama just to name a few. I’ll be making the maneesh (flatbread) and felafel from scratch (as will be all dishes) so don’t miss your chance this October to attend and mingle with some other inspiring folks.
South East Asian supper club cooked wholeheartedly by myself and hosted by the lovely Min in SoHo. This will be a true, private intimate home dining experience. Welcome drink will be provided to loosen you amazing folks up but please BYOB.
Experience authentic Northern Thai cuisine prepared meticulously using traditional Thai cooking techniques by Jenny Ruchinton.
To elevate the entire experience further we have arranged for a perfume making workshop using aromatherapy essential oils by Vivian from Wild Mint (which you can all take home with you as a gift).
For extra frills, there will also be a tarot card reading booth by John Roberts.
Let’s rejoice with the cessation of social distancing measures and feast on an authentic home cooked Sichuanese affair by chef Audrey who hails from her hometown of Chengdu. There will be plenty of alcohol to quench your thirst and some tarot card reading for entertainment. Seats limited so first come, first serve.
Resuming the supper club with a big Persian Feast. Dinner party size will be cosy but expect to be fed well with plenty of social lubricant to boot.
Experience the cuisine from south of France with some rustic, countryside cooking while sipping on wines from an award winning vineyard in Otago, New Zealand. To enhance the cultural experience, we will have a short art tour as an intermission as well as live music performed by Jess from “The Infrequents”
