As social restrictions have eased, this supper club will be a ‘rebirth’ of social activities so do put your best foot forward and connect with new friends – all while enjoying a delectable feast.

Theme will be largely mediterranean and charred (with the exception of the famed momofuku twist pork bun (with my spin of course) since it is just so damn good and not available in HK). We will be making Aperol spritz to kickoff the evening as welcome drinks but do please bring a bottle to share as the evenings do tend to last long ;p .
